Handlers! Register for the Meeker Classic: March 1st-30th
[hr]Border Collies and their handlers will come from all over the United States, Canada and the world to compete against each other and the tough “Meeker sheep” for a $20,000 purse. The course and the rules will be governed by USBCHA guidelines. Judged by Bevis Jordan, Northumberland UK, 125 dogs will run in the preliminaries on Wed, Thursday and Friday of the event. The top 30 scores will advance to the semi-finals on Saturday and the top 12 scores will compete in the Double-Lift finals on Sunday.
Entries will be open March 1-30, 2013 through www.dogtrialentry.com . All entries placed outside of those dates will be returned. Accepted entries will be drawn with priority for given to entries entered March 1-3 and subsequent priority (standby list) will be decided by a random drawing for each electronic postmark day/lot. Accepted entries will be posted on April 15th on this site and www.dogtrialentry.com. The accepted entry list will be routinely updated reflecting scratches and substitutions. The running order will be drawn on August 1, 2013.
