The call for entries is now posted at www.callforentry.org . Artists can submit photos of up to three pieces of work by July 26, 2015. These will be juried by July 30, 2015 and narrowed down to the top 50. All artists will be immediately notified via email, and the top 50 pieces will need to be mailed to the Meeker Classic by August 10, 2015. These top 50 will be displayed at a local venue and then moved to the trial site for the 5 days of the event. At the event, they will be on display in a secure location and up for silent auction. On the Thursday night of the event from 5-7pm at the trial site, an Art reception will be held where voting for the People’s Choice Award will be held; and the winners will be announced. Need not be present to win. The silent auction will close on Sunday, 30 minutes into the lunch break. Following the event, all artists will be notified whether their piece sold or not, and checks or the piece will be mailed back to the artist.
