2007 Meeker Classic Accepted Entries as of
25 May, 2010 Below is an alphabetical listing “accepted entries” for the 2007 Meeker Classic. Entries were chosen by random draw according to postmark lot. For instance, all entries postmarked March 1 were first drawn, then followed by March 2 and so on. Entries are drawn by “household”. No more than 123 dogs will go to the post at the Meeker Classic and our target is 120. Standby List (by priority – established by random draw), April 15, 2007 Dogs 121 – 131 are legal entries – postmarked March 1 – March 31, 2007. Standby handlers are prioritized FIRST by postmark date, and subsequent priority was decided by a random draw for each postmark day/lot. Standby handlers will remain on the standby list until 7 pm, Tuesday 9/4/07. The drawing was done by household NOT by entry envelope. The Meeker Classic will notify standby handlers of their eligibility for the running order until 8/31/07, and updates will be posted on the website. After that, it is the responsibility of the standby handler to notify the Meeker Classic if they are still available to run. Standby entries not placed in the running order by 7:00 p.m. Tuesday 9/4/07 will receive full entry refund, after the trial. Standby handlers may request full refund of entries at any time, effectively removing themselves from the standby list. Standby handlers not making the draw will receive full entry refunds, after the draw. |
